I am an Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Rocky Mountain College.
I received my Ph.D. in Philosophy from UCLA in 2025.
My academic training before my Ph.D. includes an MA in Philosophy from Cal State LA, as well as an M.A. in Ethics and a B.A. in Philosophy, Psychology, and Pedagogy, both from the University of Athens.
I am interested in formal logic, philosopy of language, defeasible reasoning in both practical and epistemic domains, and ethics.
In my dissertation, “Threshold Maintenance and the Structure of Conditional Inference", I develop a framework for understanding classical logical principles in conditional probabilistic settings.
I have also studied and taught canonical texts, including works by Plato, Aristotle, Homer, and Sophocles, in their original ancient Greek.
